Inspiration comes in different forms.

Inspiration strikes people differently. I wonder what the woman sketching the mission I was visiting would have said if I told her that watching her sketch inspired me to blog about it.

Inspiration comes easily to some but with difficulty to others, and it takes different and creative forms. Unusual things around me can turn into blog ideas. Many years ago I used to pencil draw and was good at it, but I don't really miss the art form. I now prefer using my camera lens. I take photographs of scenic views, flora, fauna, old structures, and people that look interesting and inspiring. As I peruse them at home, I come up with articles and blog topics.

While she was focused on her drawing, a Quinceañera  was taking place. The ceremony delayed my entering and viewing the church area for twenty minutes but I photographed the girl about to go in. None of my sisters nor I celebrated turning 15 years old with a major ceremony; I guess my parents were not into that tradition and quite frankly, we were fine without the extravagance. Although, it would have been quite interesting to have attended a celebration such as this one in my teen years...
